Friends of Redcar Cemetery

Redcar Cemetery is situated on the East side of Redcar, off Redcar Lane.Within the boundary there are three plots separated by access roads to the Redcar Racecourse car park.On entering the first section, which is the oldest part, through an archway to the right, is a Lodge which is derelict and in need of major refurbishment.As you walk through the archway, ahead are two Chapels, one for Roman Catholics and one for Church of England. Both are derelict and used for storage.
